💻 Project Overview
As a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer, I undertook a comprehensive redesign of a travel agency’s outdated website. The goal was to resolve critical user pain points, streamline the navigation, and deliver a modern, engaging interface that reflected the agency's vibrant and adventurous brand identity. 📝 Challenges Identified
Through in-depth research, including user surveys, interviews, and analysis of website metrics, I uncovered several issues hindering the site’s performance:
1. Complex Navigation:
- The menu structure was cluttered and unintuitive, making it difficult for users to locate essential information.
- Users reported frustration with the lack of a clear path to key pages, leading to high bounce rates.
2. Outdated Visual Design:
- The website's design lacked modern appeal and did not align with the dynamic, exciting image of the agency.
